- Item name.
- Description including model number and product reference number from the price list where known.
- Brief details on the intended application(s) for the product(s) that may help us confirm that your selection is appropriate - or guide us in giving advice.
- Any special requests regarding the product.
- Delivery address(s) including a contact name(s) and telephone number(s) for confirmation of delivery.
- Requirements concerning delivery e.g. Quantity required for each delivery address, accessibility etc
- Preferred method of payment (cash/cheque/credit card/account).
